I cannot recommend Luis enough, Im a first time home buyer and I knew I had to replace the air filter every couple months but had no idea about the drain being an issue. We just had this company install our new HVAC system due to a coil leak from our old system. We did not need to go with the new system, but decided that due to the old age of the previous system (over 25 years old) plus the multiple repairs we have done in the past 4-5 years. Luis gave three options for replacement that gave us the flexibility of deciding which one fit our budget and our preference. He was very professional and communicative throughout the process.
